POLICY
We offer a 30-day no questions asked refund policy, which means if you are unhappy with a product for any reason you may return it to us to arrive at our premises within 30-days of the purchase date for a refund. Certain exceptions apply.
PROCEDURE
We need to provide you with a Return Confirmation, the sending of the items without first obtaining a Return Confirmation could lead to a longer time in the issue of the refund. To obtain a Return Confirmation you can contact us through our Contact Page, our team will be pleased to assist you with your return.
AMOUNT
We will reimburse to you the price you paid for any products, excluding the costs of delivery. Please note that the cost of returning products to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.
PAYMENT
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method you used when placing the order. Due to card issuer processing times beyond our control, please allow 8-10 business days from us receiving the returned product to a credit appearing in your account.
EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items, clearance items, sale items or gift cards, and we cannot exchange cosmetic shave, skincare or hair products.
